General Electric

We moved several GE businesses into a new building in 1981. The group expanded and contracted over time. We renewed their lease in that building 3 times and then relocated them when they outgrew the building capacity.

Earthjustice

This non profit law firm, specializes in environmental law. We moved them 4 times over 15 years. Growth and mergers made their needs and priorities change. Most recently we negotiated a 10 year lease, taking advantage of low market rates.
